We offer a mix of tutorials, foundational training, full choreography, and follow-along content to help you build confidence, technique, and artistry in your own time.

What subscription options are available?

We offer two membership options:

• Monthly Membership: $29.99/month

• Yearly Membership: $199.99/year

Both subscriptions give you full access to the Kitty Kompound platform and content library.

Do subscriptions automatically renew?

Yes—all memberships automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

This means:

• Monthly plans renew every month

• Yearly plans renew once per year as a single charge

Important: If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your payment method will be charged automatically.

Why was I charged again for my membership?

If you see a charge, it means your subscription renewed at the end of your billing cycle.

All memberships are set to auto-renew at the time of purchase, and this is agreed to upon signup. We strongly recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue your membership.

Are subscriptions refundable?

No—all subscriptions are non-refundable.

Because you receive immediate access to the full platform upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for partial use, unused time, or forgotten cancellations.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime:

1. Log into your account

2. Go to your Account Dashboard

3. Click Packages

4. Select Cancel Membership

Or use the direct cancellation link and select cancel membership.

Once canceled, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not renew.

Can I purchase content without a subscription?

Yes—but only certain content.

We offer select combo tutorials (full dance pieces) available for a one-time purchase of $15.

• Exercises, drills, and follow-along content are exclusive to subscribers
